Terms of use

These terms apply when you use zapeeps.com and your zaPEEPS account. By creating an account you agree to them and to the zaPEEPS Pledge.

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• The information you give us, including your questionnaire answers, must be true and accurate.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person.

2. The zaPEEPS Pledge

Members, Associate Partners and vendors commit to the zaPEEPS Pledge: to trade honestly, engage fairly and rate truthfully. We may suspend or close accounts that break the Pledge or these terms.

3. Associate Partners

Associate Partnership is confirmed by the zaPEEPS team. The benefits, fees and subscription options are set out on our website and may change; we'll tell you before any change affects you.

4. Goodwill Rewards

• Goodwill Rewards are earned by active Associate Partners. 1 Goodwill Reward has a value of R1 within the zaPEEPS ecosystem, and rewards don't expire.
• Active Associate Partners earn Goodwill Rewards for their own successful transactions and for those of the people they signed up, as set out on our Goodwill Rewards page, up to the monthly limits shown there. Pay As You Go and 3-month customers don't earn Goodwill Rewards.
• Ad-hoc offers, for example vendor incentives, campaigns and Master Classes, are set by zaPEEPS or the vendor making the offer and may have their own conditions.
• Goodwill Rewards are used within the zaPEEPS ecosystem as described on our website. They are not cash, can't be transferred to another person and can't be exchanged for cash unless zaPEEPS says otherwise.
• zaPEEPS decides how many rewards each activity earns and may change this for future activity.
• We may correct rewards that were added in error, and may withhold rewards earned through fraud or abuse of the referral programme.

5. Referrals

• Referral rewards are earned each time a real person who joined with your code transacts successfully. Nothing is earned just for someone joining, and only people who join with your own code count.
• You may not refer yourself, create accounts for other people, or use misleading claims to recruit members.
• Each member can only have one referrer.

6. Using zaPEEPS

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to access other people's information, interfere with the service, or submit false information. Services offered through zaPEEPS are provided by vetted, accredited providers; the provider is responsible for the service they deliver.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep zaPEEPS available and accurate, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, zaPEEPS isn't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them and will post changes on this page. Questions: info@zapeeps.com.
